What does NI Accident Services do?

NI Accident Services provides full assistance to you following a non-fault road traffic accident. We deal with your accident from start to finish providing vehicle recovery, a like-for-like replacement vehicle and completion of repairs.  We take the stress and hassle of having an accident from your hands.

Why not use my own Insurer after a non-fault road traffic accident?

Most Insurers outsource their work to outside companies meaning you will find yourself explaining the circumstances behind your non-fault road traffic accident and vehicle damage several times.  This means you are dealing with several people, being placed on “hold” throughout the conversation and waiting on Insurers “returning your call”.  At NI Accident Services you will have only one dedicated file handler who will deal with your non-fault road traffic accident from recovery through to completion of repairs whilst getting you back on the road again.

What should I do if the third party Insurance Company has offered their services?

If you have been contacted by the third party Insurers we would recommend that you decline their services.  They are working in their own best interest and not yours, they may under value your claim in order to keep their losses to a minimum.

Will I have to pay Insurance Excess?

No you will not have to pay an Insurance Excess.  The only time you would pay an Insurance Excess is if you were to claim through your own Insurers.

Will my No Claims Bonus be affected?

No, your No Claims Bonus will remain the same.

Do you supply a similar replacement vehicle?

If you have been involved in a non-fault road traffic accident you are entitled to a like-for-like replacement vehicle.  Whether you require a small hatchback, 4×4 or premium estate, NI Accident Services are able to provide an equivalent vehicle.

When will I receive my replacement vehicle?

At NI Accident Services, our aim is for you to receive your replacement vehicle within the same day. Our customers to date have all received their replacement vehicle in under four hours and delivered to a destination of their choice, i.e., a home or work address.

Who can repair my vehicle?

NI Accident Services have an approved list of local repairers including those who are manufacturer approved.  They are available to handle your repair with access to the latest body shop technology.  If however you have a preferred repairer, we are able to work alongside them in order to have your repairs complete.

What if my car is deemed a write off?

In the event that your vehicle is deemed beyond economical repair, NI Accident Services will provide a replacement vehicle up until seven days after your vehicle settlement figure has been received.
